Don't fly without it.
Flying has become a nightmare lately, especially internationally. All carriers have various luggage size and weight restrictions, and as overweight surcharges have become another source of revenue for airlines many carriers have started enforcing them rigorously.

There's nothing worse than getting to the airport and being told that the suitcase it took you hours to squeeze shut is just two lbs too heavy, and you have the choice to either leave something behind or pay a surcharge.

Of course, you always have the option to use your bathroom scale to weigh your luggage; it's cumbersome, and unless you have one of those fancy scales with a remote screen, by the time the suitcase is on the scale you can't see the dial. Besides, you're still left with the problem of finding a scale at your destination to get ready for the flight back.

Enter the tiny, 5oz Taylor #8120 Digital Luggage Scale. It's basically a handle with a strap and a small LCD readout. Loved But Unused
I adore this tissue box but am unable to use it because the tissues I buy don't fit -- this cover is built to completely hide only the shortest of tissue boxes (I buy Kleenex and Puffs brands, and both are too tall).

Still, I keep it on display (who wouldn't?) and plan to find a solution one day. Perhaps I'll get the right sized tissue box and just remove and refill it with my favorite brand when needed. I like it so much, it would be worth the effort.

(Someone else also mentioned that it tips forward if you stand it up -- it IS heavy in the face with a light black base and a simple elastic band to keep the tissue box attached. I've never been able to stand it up on its own -- it always tips forward -- but keeping it down doesn't take away from the effect.)

Tiki Tissue
Love the look of the Tiki Tissue holder. Dispensing tissues while Tiki Head is standing up is a tearing time, but it looks great in my island style house.

Great looking & good fun
Another reviewer complained that Rudy is not brown, that reviewer is correct....Rudy is not brown, he is a great mossy green color as I imagine old stones would look.

All the tips here in the reviews on how to put him up on his side (i.e., metal bookends inserted in bottom, paper-clip on wall w/leaves to cover, screw into wall...) are very helpful. Rudy also looks just great laying down.

I'm using him in a somewhat formal / antique(ish) dark wood bathroom and he looks fantastic ..... his colors fit in perfectly but he is a great source of humor..... I have him on top of a small book table, near the loo, that has some pretty funny bathroom humor books in it... never fails to get a laugh &/or remark.

My only small complaint would be that it is a little difficult to get the tissues to come out (the nose...lol) without tearing but after a few then it works well. Also, my favorite tissue Puffs Plus w/aloe, does not make a box or tissue that works well in this box... too bad, they are the best tissues.

All in all I am happy with this purchase and would definitely buy it again. I will be getting a few for gifts.

Very comfy.
We purchased this for our twin guest bed. It seems to be very comfy when you sit or lay on it. Makes a hard matress much more appealing.

Buyer Beware !! It Stinks!!
My parents bought me this matress topper for Christmas and I have to return it already. The foam smells so bad that it turns your stomach. I followed the istructions and put it in a well ventalated area and put a fan on it to help the smell ware off. Not the case ! Four days the topper sat under a fan with proper ventalation and still smells awful.

By awful I meen like a Plastic factory. Just discusting. Spend the extra money get one from Costco that doesn't smell like a factory. Not to metion the product was about inches to short. Ummm.. which part of my bed do I want to not be covered?!

this topper kicks a##!
I work on my feet all day and my body( especially back) aches because this is my busy season. Got my topper last week, and haven't needed to take pain relievers in the morning once I put it on my bed.

SlumberRest Breast Cancer heated thrwo

cozy and warm - the perfect throw
This is the first electric blanket I have ever owned, so I can't compare this product to others of its type (except to note that so many other electric blankets look old, threadbare, and UGLY - not this one), but I am very happy with it.

Another reviewer pointed out that you can feel the heating wires through the blanket - yes, technically you can, but they are not sharp or bothersome at all, and don't in any way prevent the blanket from being soft, cozy, comfortable, and flexible.

It doesn't get really hot, but it does get warm enough to heat you up nicely as you relax on the couch, and it works especially well on your bed, with another (larger) blanket on top.

The only thing I would change is to either make the cord from the bottom of the blanket to the remote longer, or else have it attach to the side of the blanket, not the bottom. I say this because if you have the bottom of the blanket at your feet where it should be, the remote barely stretches up to where you can comfortably reach it.

This isn't a big problem when sitting on the couch but is a bit incovenient when you're lying down in bed. Overall, I think this blanket works great and gives you your money's worth for sure.

Great winter warmer
My wife always suffers when the temperature dips below 50. She especially hates to have cold feet, which in turn makes her feel cold all over. I read the first review on this product, and decided this electric throw would solve her freezing all winter.

I ordered from Amazon on Wednesday, and Saturday afternoon, my wife curled-up in cozy comfort to watch TV, or read her book. The cord is long enough, so that she can move around on our sofa, the temperature control lets her be as warm as she wants from top to bottom. I recommend this to anyone looking to add personal warmth to themselves, or their spouse all winter long!

Not perfect
We had another bath caddy that broke and so we bought this to replace it. This is well made but unfortunately the book stand is very short and there wasnt a lip to hold the book open. We also tried a magazine that just slipped off if we wanted it to stay open. A heavy or tall book wont stand on it. For this reason, we returned it.

Mine arrived yesterday. My husband came home from working outside in the below freezing temps all day and I let him try it out, and it warmed him nicely - he loved how warm and comfortable it is - so much that he had to order one for himself!

Very warm - a good deal for the price
I keep the thermostat at 50 degrees, so I'm always looking for good ways to stay warm. This wrap is very warm.

It's a little less sturdy than I would have liked - the first time I put it on, one of the snaps pulled through the fabric. It doesn't matter much, though, since I don't zip up the bottom all the way most of the time anyway.

It's great for sitting quietly, reading or watching tv or surfing.

Very disappointing!
Last week I purchased three Restwarmer heated mattress pads - two for my family and one as a gift. I was excited to try them out, but quickly became very disappointed. My son's twin-size Restwarmer barely heated up. In fact you couldn't even tell that it was plugged in.

(My three-year-old summed it up best ... "This isn't warm at all, mom!") Next I set mine up, and at first couldn't even get it to turn on. After unplugging then plugging it in again, I got a blinking light on the control indicating that I need to return the unit immediately. We're zero-for-two.

My sister also purchased a queen-sized Restwarmer heated mattress pad last week, and I told her to be sure to keep her receipt. Sure enough, when she plugged it in today, it did not heat up at all (like my son's twin-size Restwarmer).

It's hard to believe that three out of the three Restwarmers we purchased and tried completely failed. Do yourself a favor and buy a Sunbeam heated mattress pad instead! We replaced our Restwarmer with a Sunbeam and while I can't speak to its longterm durability yet, it worked absolutely beautifully right out of the gate.

Couldn't live without it!
I wasnt sure if I should buy an electric blanket or an electric mattress pad, but I decided to try the Rest Secure Restwarmer Mattress Pad, and I'm very glad I did! The pad allows the bed to get toasty warm without being heavy or overly hot.

The settings on the pad are easy to use, and there really is a big difference between the heat of the first setting and the fifth! I keep my side of the bed at 5 while my husband turns his down to 1 when he get's into bed.

We're both happy! The material that the pad is made out of feels a little cheap and the other reviews about the pad not being very elatic are right, which is why the product didn't recieve 5 stars from me. I do, however, feel that the product is well worth the money and is a toe-saver for New England winters! Try it!

I just bougth the heated matress pad, very nice, you have to turn it on about 45min before you go to bed,but it works really nice your bed is warm and toasty by the time you laid down.

And this is from a person that have been sleeping on a water bed for the last 20 years,so it was a chock when we bought the regular matress. I found this matress after serching for a while and the price was right. I'm very satisfied with the quality and it's big enough for the thick matress that we have.
