Customer Reviews
Keep a hacksaw handy, but works fine.

Moronic design, but once I hacksawed a piece it fit fine.
Here's the deal. It's made of 3 main pieces of equal length plus a small piece on top that goes into the spring. If you want to use it from your floor to ceiling (instead of tub to ceiling) you add a 5th piece on bottom.
Problem: Wasn't long enough from tub to ceiling without 5th piece and was too long with 5th piece! I had to hacksaw 5th piece in half to make it work. No problem, call me MacGyver. Maybe my tub isn't as tall as most? Ceiling to high? No idea, but if they designed it with rods of different lengths, you could remove the rod of your choice to make it fit.
Otherwise seems fine. Haven't had it long enough to evaluate rust, etc, but I like it so far.
A little shaky

Has not rusted so far which is better than the other one we had. As reported in other reviews it is bowed. It is also a little shaky when you pull items off. I don't feel it will fall but could use a re-design.
Good Decision

I was hesitant to spend so much money on a shower organizer, but I'm glad I did! This product is very sturdy, and the plastic cups haven't moved an inch (even under the weight of some heavy shampoos). The cups were more opaque than the picture which I prefered anyway over the cheap blinding white plastic look.
When I first installed it, it was perfect. Then my husband decided he wanted it on the other side of the shower and when we moved it, I think we bent it ever so slightly. So mine bows out a little too, but I wouldn't trade it for anything!
