Size of warmer
I expected this product to be a bit larger. It seems to be able to handle smaller towels fine. My wife uses a larger towel and it is difficult to fit in the warmer.

3 for 3
I gave this product to three people for Christmas and all three loved it to the point that I am still getting thank you cards three weeks later. People like the warm towel!

"Dryer-Hot"? Not exactly.
I want to love this thing, especially with what it cost me and how many years I looked forward to owning a towel warmer. Unfortunately, after a couple weeks of use I can report that it's quite disappointing. Does it fit a bath sheet? Technically... but the larger the towel, the more you have to cram it in, and the more densely the fabric is packed the less it heats up evenly. I have tried it under the following conditions, with the following results:

1. Bath sheet and/or towel: Warms unevenly, nowhere near "dryer-hot". If left in the warmer more than a few minutes after the "heating" cycle ends, it cools rapidly. Heat dissipates from the towel very quickly anyway, once it's out. Fresh-from-dryer towels seem to hold their heat a lot longer. Multiple cycles (i.e., pressing the button again once the machine allows it) helps a little.

2. Pajamas only: They come out much warmer than towels, probably due to the looser fabric distribution. However, the heat dissipates within seconds-- twenty, max-- once they're out, and these are flannel pajamas I've been wearing.

3. Both towel and pajamas, with jammies on the bottom: Forget it. Spotty patches of warmth, making the rest of the fabric seem colder by comparison.

I think this gadget would be most useful for heating socks while the kids are playing in the snow. If you do buy one, be prepared to monitor the cycle times during your relaxing shower so you can keep it running as much as the safety settings allow.

Otherwise you will probably find the pleasure of a nice warm towel is outweighed by the annoyances of everything that isn't what you'd hoped for. My advice is to spend your $75 on a couple of really fantastic fluffy towels and a box of candy bars to bribe your kid to schlep them to you from the dryer on demand.

Great bumper
I bought this bumper for my son when he was three months old. It's a great way to keep arms, legs, and pacifiers in the crib! My husband "tested" the bumper's breath-ability when I first put it on the crib. He said you can definitely breath through it.

Also, it was very simple to place on the crib. I bought the sage bumper, and I absolutely love the color. It matches our Winnie the Pooh nursery perfectly! (My son is now five months old, and I'm still completely happy with this purchase!)

Just Okay
I can only use part of the bumper, as my crib isn't slatted all the way around - but has solid wood on the two end sides. I didn't realize this wouldn't work for that type of crib when I bought it, so be sure you know that it will work for your crib.

I've been using the front portion for the crib for the last month and while I like that it isn't bulky and stuffed, like most crib bumpers, it does tend to slide down a lot in between the mattress and the crib. Each night, I have to pull it back up. It gets the job done, but it's not my favorite.

Peace of mind
For safety reasons, experts recommend that you don't use stuffed bumpers inside of the crib because they believe it increases the risk of SIDS. However, my son was one of those babies that was throwing his limbs out of the crib at night and getting stuck. This bumper works great. Very easy to install.

Note is does come in two pieces to accommodate cribs that have drop fronts. Ours didn't so I used the longer three sided piece for the front and put the single piece in the back so that there weren't any holes in the front. It has held up really well and still looks nice. Ours is the sage green color which looks nice, but I wish they had more colors.

Shower Tek Mirror Leaky and Squirty

I have owned this in the past and not been satisfied, but when it was the only one available on Amazon with the features I wanted, I got it again and now it's worse than the first one I owned. The first one was only a pain to try to clean and the mirror is not receptive to normal cleaners and gets spotty.

The new one has leaks at some of the connection spots and squirts out of the valve switch when the flow of water is opened to de-fog the mirror. So, great, I can shave but now either my walls, floors, or ceiling will be soaked, depending on how I position the bendable arm mount (which, again, also leaks depending on how you bend it).

Very nice item that is well worth the cost.
The only problem with this unit is that it does not clean itself. You still have to wipe the water spots off of the mirror. What is nice is the way the mirror becomes a part of the shower, it is a true hands free mirror.

Also what is nice is there is a valve to shut off the water to the shower heard to save money and to save hot water. A added bonus as far as I am concerned. As far as the fog free part. That is ok, I can spray water on the mirror to clean it off if it is fogged up.

For me the advantage is having a place for this mirror to attach itself in a secure way so that I do not have to worry about it falling down and having to pick it back up again. I suppose that if you did not splash water on the mirror and got the fog free feature to work, then there would be no water spots to worry about having to clean up after your shower.

I wonder if they ever thought about putting a chrome or a gold plate on these units. I suppose anyone with the right equipment could do that though. My hand held shower is a chrome plated plastic unit.

Yes, It works!!!!
After reading the reviews, I decided to take a chance and buy this mirror, as I am tired of replacing other fog free mirrors once their coating wears off.

Yes, the build quality of this product is poor. Yes, it is easy to break apart the bending arm (it pops back together). Yes, the valves are useless - they are much too difficult to turn by hand, and feel that they could break off at any moment. Yes, the fixture could easily leak.

Knowing all of this, if you are careful, you can install the mirror fixture with no problems.

One tip: Because the threads on this mirror are made of plastic, you need to use plenty of teflon tape! In fact, throw away the little bit of tape that they give you and go buy some teflon pipe thread tape from a hardware store. Wrap it around the threads 7-8 times to ensure a good seal (in the clockwise direction)!

Do this on both sets of threads (one on the shower head, and one on the mirror fixture). Carefully screw the fixture to the shower pipe, and then the shower head to the mirror fixture. Tighten them snuggly, but gently.

Next, turn on the waters and check for leaks. If there are leaks, tighten the fixtures a little more. If that doesn't solve it, remove the fixtures and thread tape, and try it again, this time with more layers of tape.

Once it is not leaking, adjust the valves so that a trickle of water goes through the mirror. Adjust it so the minimum amount of water is diverted, yet you still get a fog free mirror. Once you have this set, plan never to touch the valves again. I got my fixture put up in about 8 minutes, and it is working great.

Let's hope that the company will improve the next version, or lower the price on the metal fixture versions.

Wood Bed Risers
These are the best bed risers, especially if you have hardwood floors. They raised my bed to a perfect height. It's much easier to get in and out of the bed, and less bending when making the bed and changing the linens.

Risers not as pictured
The risers I received are not as pictured on Amazon. They are unfinished wood. They are not what I expected at all. Basically picture big chunky blocks of wood.

Water pump
Hooked this up with pvc pipe on a porch that holds water during Nor Easters and hurricanes. Moves alot of water very fast.

Excellent pump
I'm using this for a graywater system to pump out a 55 gallon drum burried in the ground. This pump empties the barrel and pumps the water up and out like a champ. I'm using the 1-1/4" hose and it will empty the barrel in about 2 minutes flat.

Good Pump, Right Price
This is a good little pump for multiple uses. I use it for pumping the water off of my pool cover during the winter. Works great. I have been using the same pump for several years and it still works. Just keep the leaves out of the intake and it pumps. I put the pump inside a small bucket with a couple of bricks and cut 1" holes in the bottom sides of the bucket. This keeps all miscelaneous debris and leaves out of the pump and it just sits right on the pool cover. Works great.

Awesome product
I came across an arc shower curtain rod while I stayed in a hotel. I recently had it installed and am so happy with all the extra room in my shower.

Love the ARC bar!...
I Love the ARC bar!. Just make sure you use your own drywall screw anchors. The one supplied for drywall are useless and break the wall etc.
Took me 30 mins. to install. Also ordered the hookless vinyl shower curtain which works great with it. No problems whatsover. The space has increased,no more rubbing against the curtain with your elbow. Good Buy!.

High quality, very soft, ridiculously comfortable
This product replaced a much thinner, not-quilted mattress pad, and the upgrade has been fantastic, essentially turning my flat bed into something of a pillow-top. The corner elastics hold the mattress pad snugly to the bed without stretching the "overfill" to the point of flatness.

I especially like how the corners and edges of the pad puff out a bit more, instead of a tapering off that might occur with an over-snug fitting. Very highly recommended for quality of manufacture, reasonable cost, and excellent comfort -- the latter being especially important in this lousy, cold winter.

Highly recommended
I had a fiberfill mattress topper that had seen better days, one that just lays on the bed. When I went to replace it I was amazed at the prices. This mattress pad is much more reasonable, has the deep pockets to keep it in place, and is very thick and comfortable. I have no complaints with this product.

Like a New Bed...
This is, by far, the nicest mattress pad I have ever owned. I never realized how a well-made mattress pad can change the enitre feel of a bed. This mattress pad is similar to a pillow-top mattress; It has a very nice padded top that is so soft and comfortable for sleeping. It has improved my sleeping tremendously.

My husband and I are tall and have an extra-long mattress and this pad fits it, despite the extra length. It fits snugly and stays in place, unlike some mattress pads in the company of active sleepers. If there is any complaint, it might be that the bulkly nature of the pad does not make for as clean of a look on a made bed. The pad is not so bulky that the bed looks messy (by any means) but since it is not flat, it does take a little more effort to get that clean look for your made-up bed.

Overall, I love this mattress pad. I have already ordered another for my daughter's bed and would recommend to anyone looking for a new mattress pad. It is worth the expense.

Hollywoon Bed Rest
This little "chair" comes in very handy for my dorm room. It is the perfect product for any college student who may not have the space for an actual chair, but when leaning against this on your bed or floor you completely forget that you're not in a real chair!

Shower dispenser
We like the dispenser. It is nice to have everything at hand without the clutter of several bottles. We have had one in the other bath for 2 years and also had in our previous home.

Does what it claims to do
I'm pleased with the product. It works dependably. Some reviews were critical that it is made of plastic (and not metal) and that it requires too many pumps to dispense the necessary volume of shampoo or conditioner (for me it's 4-5 pumps). While both are true (plastic and several pumps required), this was not a surprise to me. There is always an issue of meeting expectations, but if expectations are realistic, I imagine most will be pleased with this dispenser.
